Q. イラストが生成できません / My illustration won't generate

生成には30〜60秒ほどかかります。通信が不安定だと失敗することがあるので、電波の良い場所でもう一度お試しください。生成が途中で止まってしまった場合も、生成できていれば次回起動時にギャラリーへ保存され、できていなければ枚数は自動で返却されます。入力した言葉によっては、安全のため生成をお断りすることがあります(言葉を変えるとうまくいくことが多いです)。

Generation takes about 30–60 seconds. It can fail on an unstable connection, so please try again where the signal is better. If the app closed mid-generation: a finished image will appear in your gallery next launch, and if it didn't finish, your balance comes back automatically. Some words are declined for safety reasons — trying different words usually helps.

Q. チケットに有効期限はありますか? / Do tickets expire?

チケットに有効期限はありません。購入したチケットは、使い切るまでいつでもお使いいただけます。購入後の返金・補償は運営者では行っていませんが、App Storeの返金制度(Appleが定める条件による返金)は別途ご利用いただけます。残数はホーム画面とチケット購入画面でいつでも確認できます。

Tickets never expire — you can use them any time until they run out. Purchases are non-refundable except through Apple's App Store refund process (subject to Apple's conditions) or where required by law. You can always check your balance on the home screen and the ticket page.

Q. 無料でどこまで使えますか? / What can I do for free?

毎日1枚まで無料で生成できます(日本時間の暦日基準・翌日への繰り越しなし)。無料枠を使い切ったあとは、アプリ内で購入できるチケットで生成をつづけられます。生成には、無料枠から先に使われます。

You can generate 1 image for free every day (resets daily on Japan Standard Time; unused free images don't carry over). Once it's used, tickets purchased in the app let you keep going. Your free image is always used before tickets.
